Fitness 101 was created to give a fun yet intense outdoor boot camp style training in the heart of New York City at Riverside Park. 

 

We take you through a challenging 1 hour workout that mixes strength, conditioning, flexibility, and cardio training.  We also provide tips and guidance for nutrition and overall wellness.
